Collected data
The following data may be collected when creating an account or subscribing to a BIOGANCE newsletter:
- Identification data: Last name, first name
- Contact details: Address, telephone, email
- Personal characteristics: Civility, pets owned
- Connection and usage data: Connection logs, including your IP address, location data, browsing data, preferences and interests, products viewed, complaints, content of comments and e-mails sent to us, e-mail addresses.

Nonetheless, information used to establish proof of a right or contract, or kept to comply with a legal obligation, may be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

The data collected is intended for the use of BIOGANCE and may be transmitted to subcontracting companies that BIOGANCE may call upon in the performance of its services. BIOGANCE ensures compliance with data protection requirements for all its subcontracting companies.
